What learning format is available at the DECAID Academy?
We offer the following formats:
➡️ On-demand courses: Under “All your courses at a glance” you will find the courses from the role paths on various topics. These courses are always divided into several sub-chapters and you can view them at your own pace.
Aim: The aim here is for you to learn as much as possible about a specific topic and then apply what you have learned.

What if I can't decide between the roles?
No problem! Our platform is flexibly designed so that you can select courses from different role paths; the courses are always stored in the learning path.
You can either attend several learning paths at the same time or individual courses from individual learning paths. You can find an overview of all available learning paths here.
How do I receive my certificate at the end of a learning path?
Once you have completed all the content and modules of a learning path, our certificate module will be activated. You will then receive a certificate as a digital download for the content you have learned, as well as a LinkedIn certificate. You can also find instructions here:
What do I do if I have technical problems?
You will find a “Technical support” tab in the top right-hand corner of your profile. You can submit tickets here at any time.
We will process your request within 48 hours.
